i have been going to italy for about 10 years. and i will continue to go there untill the day they close their doors. the food is awesome from pizza to the classic italian dishes, they have the best house dressing ever too! the owner and staff are very nice and personable, service is always good. i cant remember ever having bad service. prices are good, very reasonable especialy for the food quality and quantity. i highly recomend it, go check it out. you will not be disapointed.

From the neighborhood & the outside of the building you're probably going to have to fight the urge to exit the vicinity squealing tires & all. You will be so glad you didn't. As soon as I walked in I could tell the owner had put a lot of effort into fixing the interior up. The staff was very hospitable & although there weren't a ton of other patrons in attendance, those who were seemed to get along like part of the family. Our orders came out promptly & accurately. The bill for two adults with one dessert came to $26 before gratuity. I would recomend the Chicken Marsala, but perhaps I'm a little bias. Don't bother going elsewhere. Have a better experience next time you go out, let loose & give it a try. You might have a new favorite restaurant like me.

This is the best Italian food that I know of in the metroplex and in an old Whataburger building. I wish them the best but there is always a seat for my family and I whenever we go. The local fireman and police eat there regularly, too. By the way, their Stromboli is the best!! Actually, it's all the best!! 10 STARS

excellent in every way: This place is like the best kept secret in arlington, off the main road and quiet. We weren't sure weather we should eat there at first because at first it appeared to be closed no one was there. We decided to try anyway and we were absolutely amazed at the quality and portions of the food. Furthermore, the staff was just so polite and conciderate. We just want to say that we will be long time customers of Italy and look forward to bringing our friends and family to enjoy this little treasure. Good Work.

A renovated Whataburger: Italy appears to have been a Whataburger at one point, repainted and renovated as an independently-owned Italian restaurant. The food is delicious and the menu suitably diverse. I was not disappointed by the chicken dishes, pizza or open-faced sandwich. It's a popular place for a working lunch since service is quick and prices are relatively low for the great food quality.

From the outside it does not look like much, but don't let that discourage you. Ilatly pizza is by far the best of its kind in Arlington. Never ask for extra anything on your pizza - they take it to the extreme - which is a good thing but will make for a humorous looking pizza! Great food, great prices, good staff and a true diamond in that area.

FANTASTIC: Great Food! Great Service! Variety! There's absolutely nothing to dislike about this restuarant... My only compliant... Its not right across the street from my house... But well worth the 15 minute drive! Everyone should go there and try it out...

This is far an away the best little Italian place in Arlington. My family loves. At least try it once, guarantee you will go back. All the food is fresh and people friendly. I have been going here for years since it opened and always go back. The only place I order cheap and good quality Italian food.

For the price this place can't be beat. Very authentic Italian food. The best I have had since I moved here from NY by far. It has a good atmosphere and extreamly personable and friendly staff. Elegant by no means, but well worth the visit. Highly recommended.

glad it's not a whataburger: i went here with my dad and my sisters, and we had pizza, so i can't vouch for any of the pasta. but - that was some badass pizza. the owner talked to us for a little bit, not too long. he was a friendly guy, making a go of it with his italian restaurant. better than whataburger. i think there's a bar upstairs, too.

What a wonderful experience! I'm from CA and just here a week for work and totally love this place. Awesome service, everyone here was absolutely delightful. The pizza was delicious, affordable price and now I'm back in the Bay Area and would kill for one of those garlic cheese bread

Just off Pioneer Parkway on Browning in a building that obviously was once a Whataburger is a fantastic authentic Italian restaurant. Their Pizza is great and their calzones and strombolis are about the size of a regulation football ! Their menu is much more diverse than their name Italy Pizza Pasta and Subs - implies. My personal favorite is the Bens Special but their Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo Chicken Marsala Shrimp Francesse Angel Hair Pomodoro are the best I have tried anywhere. Italy is family owned and operated and use only fresh ingredients. (They don't even have a microwave anywhere in the place - I've seen the kitchen!) Their portions are generous and they have a decent selection of wine and imported beer. With call in orders welcome and Free delivery after 5pm (within reasonable distance) there is no reason not to check this place out. You'll be glad you did!

Absolutely mouth-watering! Each ingredient is balanced so there isn't too much of one thing leaving a wet or dry taste in your mouth. When you order one be sure to have one all to yourself because more... [1 review]
