Went to this restaurant on a Friday night. The guy behind the counter looked as if he really didn't want to be there. He took my order while talking to someone which I thought was unprofessional. We then asked for some cups to get water. Water is absolutely non-filtered; tasted like chlorine. We decided to get beers to try to get that taste out of our mouths. Got some Michelob Lights (since they only had a choice of FOUR beers and ALL of them on tap ... really). Got the beer and these had to be the most watered down beer ever ... Got over that, but then we had been sitting there for 30 minutes and hadn't gotten our food yet (a deep dish pizza and a flat CHEESE pizza shouldn't be that hard to make). But for some reason the TWO (not just one) parties who order after us get their stuff before we do, one party he stops to actually talk to for 5 minutes while we wait for our food ... I stopped the waiter and asked him where our food was. He brings it out a minute later, apologizes and asks us do we want to 'compensate' us for the fact that they forgot our food. Got a pitcher of Sam Adams ... worst tasting Sam Adams ever. Really. Tasted like metal. Asked some random girl can we get a box. Here's were it actally went good, for a second. Brought the box out and dropped it until we looked at her ... and then she asked, "Oh, do you want me to put it in the box?" No ... we'll do your job and keep the tip. Which is what happened. But, the deep dish pizza tasted good. Even though 2 pizzas cost $35.00 ... for a large meat lovers and a small cheese. Yes, $35.00. Stay home and order Pizza Hut. Don't go to the Buckhead one ...

Nancy' pizza is awful awful awful. I went to the Buckhead location specifically looking for chicago style pizza (I have fond memories of Upper Crust at Lenox). My husband was not in a pizza mood, so he ordered a chicken sub. I ordered a small deep dish pizza. Our dinner cost $37 dollars, and I mistakenly wrote in a tip as you have to pay before receiving food. The sandwich came out after about 7 mins. We sat there for a few minutes waiting for my meal, but after 10 more mins, I told my husband to eat his sandwich before it got cold. He did so, and completed his meal with no sign of my pizza. After trying in vain to get the waitress to come to my table, I went up to the counter to inquire after my pizza. The apathetic counter woman condescendingly began explaining how deep dish pizza's take longer to cook than normal pizza. I retorted that while that was all well and good, I could not understand why they would not WAIT 10 MINUTES BEFORE COOKING THE SANDWICH on the same order as the pizza. Did they think a couple that came in together and sat together would not want to eat together? Or that I would ENJOY sitting there hungrily watching my husband eat his meal, and then he would ENJOY having sit and watch me eat mine twenty minutes later? The counter woman just shrugged. I asked to have my pizza put in a box and left fuming. When I got home, the pizza was also awful. The tomato sauce was too acidic, and I had to scrape it off. The pizza dough is OBVIOUSLY frozen, with a texture like a bad biscuit. I ate one piece sans sauce and threw the rest away. I then wrote a complaint e-mail to Nancy's Pizza Headquarters detailing my experience. They sent back a response saying the VP would contact me. Five days later and this hasn't happened. I WANT MY $43 DOLLARS BACK FOR THE WORST MEAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD THIS YEAR! I plan to write bad reviews for this restaurant as often as I can until this happens. AWFUL! AWFUL! Save your money and do not frequent Nancy's Pizza!

Looking forward to returning: This was with out a doubt the best deep dish pizza I have ever tasted in Atlanta or anywhere in the South. I just don't remember ever eating anything this close to a Chicago style pizza outside of Chicago. They deserve the praise. I just would like to see a largeer place with more sit down room for days when I don't want to go home.

The best Chicago style pizza I have ever had, outside of Chicago. We ordered from Nancy's twice while in Atlanta and had it delivered to our hotel room the staff was friendly and the delivery was timely. The second day that we ordered we got sandwiches and salad, the salad was great the sandwich was O.K., stick to the Deep Dish Pizza and you'll love it.

Best Chicago style pizza in the ATL!: Absolutely the best Chicago style pizza outside of the windy city. The deep dish pizza is excellent. I was totally going through (chicago pizza) withdrawl before I discovered Nancy's. If you are a fan of chicago deep dish then this is the place for you. The only complaint I have is the lack of dine-in space.

This place is ok. It does taste like real Chicago style pizza without the traditional 45 minute wait like @ Gino's East in Chicago. It gets about 3.5 though good, it was a bit salty.

I went to nancy's today on ponce de leon. I asked for a pizza with ground beef and was told we only have chopped up meatballs. This is not the way we do it in chicago. Is real ground beef that hard to get these days???? I spent almost $50.00 and cant get real meat and it was very little spinach and it was cold. I am not happy with this pizza at all. I'm sure Nancy's should be able to represent Chicago style pizza better than that.

Nancy's advertises pasta entrees on its website but this location sticks to pizza salads and sandwiches. The signature stuffed pizzas are packed with a choice of meats and veggies. Uncle Carl's Favorite with pepperoni and hot giardiniera...

Good pizza but a little over-priced. My boyfriend is from Chicago and misses Chicago pizza so Nancy's is a special treat for him.
