Good Pizza form local Hole in the Wall - cheap too: Tired of the same old Papa John's or Pizza Hut pizza that tastes like it was made in a factory instead of by real prople. I was! That's when I noticed this little take-out/delivery only pizza place on Stassney and Emerald Forest. I usually get a large pizza with pepperoni, garlic and tomatoes. Their sauce is really good and if you ask for extra sauce they actually put extra sauce on it. This pizza tastes like the pizza I used to get in little league after we would win a game (if we lost we got ice cream). Their crust is somewhat thin with a big ring at the outside. The staff is friendly and several of them are actually Italian. I would highly recommend this little pizza joint.

I moved to ATX November 2008. I was broke but loved to eat. I have tried every pizza place in Austin. When you live in SoCo you see all the popular places but all you have to do is drive a mile or less down the road to get a better pizza for less money. It seems simple enough. All my friends swore by Home Slice and/or Southside Flying but after showing them Milano's they are eating their words. Eating there tonight actually...

With two south Austin locations Milano Pizza's menu includes pasta subs salads wings and of course pizza New York style. Tired of the same old toppings? Try a specialty pizza like gourmet chicken or veggie.
