I just received an order that was delivered to the 10th Floor Laidley Tower. The order was for an Antipasto Salad with Italian Dressing and an uncut Cheese Calzone. There was no salad dressing! I called into the 304-345-2525 number and was passed from one female to another and asked a simple, but direct question...."What?" To which I explained that I had not received any salad dressing with the salad in my order. The female voice on the phone stated that she would send out some dressing, but it would be a while. I asked, "How long is a while" she replied, "I only have one delivery driver and he is out on 5 deliveries, so a long while." I was unhappy with that answer and was in the process of finding out if there was anything else that could be done when I was hung up on! I thought at Giovanni's, "Our Customers are #1".... Experiences like this make me doubt that line in its' entirety! I have ordered many times from Giovanni's and have never been treated so rudely! It makes me question whether or not I will order again!
