We used to love Arcade Pizza....untill recently... The last 2 pizza's ordered were burned. Not slightly burned..but burned to where we could not eat them. I would have called them and told them..but they knew...they put them in the boxes. The last straw was when a guest found a hair in the burnt pizza. It wasn't the cheese, because we checked it out carefully. There is no excuse for burnt pizza's everytime, or a hair in the pizza. They just lost our business.
