I have no idea how this place gets good reviews. I live in a barracks in Ft Benning and have seen mediocre pizza delivered over and over, after at least an hour of wait. After a few mistakes, people shun this place and order from better known national chain.

I have ordered from Pizza Roma for several years now...every couple of months. Yes the english is not the best, but whenever someone had trouble understanding me or I had trouble understanding them, someone was always there to quickly take over. We love the Meat Lovers Pizza, the Roma Cheesesticks and mmmm the gyros!!! I get pizza for my hubby and sons and I always get a gyro! Salads are wonderful too. Yes you might wait a little longer for your pizza than at a 'chain' pizza joint, but Pizza Roma's quality is always top notch!!!

I love there pizza..i think it is the best in columbus ga if i do say so my self.. I order here at least once or twice aweek my kids love it.

Horrible Food! It took an hour and 50 minutes for my delivery to here. Nothing tasted homemade or fresh. A Little Caesars 5 dollar pizza tastes better.

Customer service doesn't speak English. Some sort of twangy drivel flushed out of the 19th century. My $18.99 pizza cost me $24 to have it delivered in two, yes 2, hours. It was blamed on the weather. My extra topping didn't make it. Perhaps the driver snacked on my pepperoni while waiting for the UFO to pass her over. My soda was warm. Not chilled at all, unlike the chill I received over the phone when trying to complain about the order. I think I'll eat an MRE instead. At least there are more options and I can heat it myself.

I've been to Pizza Roma twice now, and I absolutely love it. Really fantastic food. I've had a Gyro, a Large Pepperoni Pizza, and a Margarita Pizza. I've not been dissatisfied yet, and I will keep going. The restaurant's owner is very friendly, and easy going. Seriously though, the pizza, amazing. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I have traveled around the world, during those travels I have been subjected to a variety of cuisine and customer service styles, in addition, I have also been an owner/operator within the food service industry for over twenty years. During that time I wish I could have been as considerate to my customers as Pizza Roma and their employees are to the Columbus area. Pizza Roma's dedication to consumer satisfaction and general concern for their customers is unquestionable. Skip the chain establishments and order real food with real service.

I have tried more than 15 fast food places in the Ft. Benning area, and Pizza Roma is by far the best. I've ordered a good portion of their menu, and have never been disappointed with the food. Their delivery drivers are extremely friendly and always remember who I am. The delivery time is a little slow (60-80 minutes), but that seems to be standard for most fast food places in the area. Overall a great restaurant.

Had a good experience. Called in an order for a pizza, but when I got there the order hadn't gotten started. I was initially a bit irritated, but they apologized and quickly made the pizza. It was very good, and I plan on going back soon. Would possibly like a thicker crust, but it was still good.

Home-made and hand-tossed: The best pizza in the area, everything made from scratch: the dough, the sauce, everything... the closest thing to New York style pizza in the Southeast.

These people make some of the best pizza I have ever had, and they are certainly better than any of the main brand competition in the area. They make a wonderful thin crust pizza with fresh dough, with the perfect amount of tomato sauce, and excellent ingredients, that you can't stop eating once you've started. Their cheese sticks are also excellent. Besides that, they really take good care of the customer. When they caught one of their new employees trying to tip herself more than I had already tipped her, they called me right away and let me know what was going on, and when they confirmed that she had overtipped herself, she was immediately fired. Friendly, competent employees, who are genuinely passionate about what they do. Outstanding pizza. I'm really going to miss them when I leave Ft. Benning.

Over two hours to deliver a cold pizza. Have to say, the 'Large' was in my opinion a 'medium'. Nothing spectacular- don't see what everyone else on here is raving about. Skip it. You arent missing anything.

I have never been a fast food fan,but when I first get into Pizza Roma I felt it was a different place .I had the best Service ever,the most Delicious ,the most Genuine Pizza in all US . Also the big Smile of hospitality that Mr T and his team share with all the customers makes you want to come back every day. I spent about 7 months in Ft Benning I didn't enjoy any other food except that being served in Pizza Roma whether Pizza or Any other Sandwich . Pizza Roma makes great Italian food. Try their baked ziti or lasagna... you'll have enough for dinner plus lunch tomorrow and you won't be disappointed. I have not had better lasagna than Pizza Romas, and that includes Carraba's. I've ordered from them 15+ times and the food has been delicious, every time. Their customer service is also top notch.

I have ordered from pizza roma so many times i like the steak and cheese sub, spagetti,burgers also the lazania,,,those people made the best pizza i have ever taste especially the supreme pizza is damn delicious .really the best pizza in columbus georgia,,,u guys really have a good and fresh stuff ,,keep going and goodluck.

I visited Columbus Ga this weekend to join my sister 's son graduation at Fort Benning Ga. then we got Pizza Roma menu from the front desk and they recommended it to us we order a pretty big order from this place (4 XL pizza one supreme one margherita one meat lover and one extra cheese) unblivable ..... this pizza was the best I had since a long time and the only thing better I remembered was my grandmother pizza
