I've learned thru-ought my life that some pizzas are better than others. I've never really had a "bad pizza". That is until now. I've tried papa Johns here twice and it's awful. Something is not right with the dough. Twice I've ordered pizzas from them and the dough isn't cook thoroughly and it tastes nasty. The pizza looks good, but that's it. I gave them 2 tries, and I will never return. First time I've ever eaten a bad pizza. Blah....

The corporate office should take a look at this franchise. The last two times we have ordered delivery it was substandard. The crust consumes almost two inches of the pizza so all of the toppings, which are scant to begin with, ended up in the middle. The pizza was undercooked and way overpriced plus it arrived barely warm. I have left comments at the PJ website but have never been contacted. Evidently they aren't concerned. Don't bother with this pizza. If you can carry out go to Pizza King!

Me and my family have been ordering from Papa John's for quite some time now. And I have nothing negative to say. I love their pizza and their hot wings; their prices are decent and affordable. The only tic is that when we ask for paper plates, we rarely get them. But the sauce, the dough, the ingredients, everything is always very hot and tastey. :)
