When you call Steak Out the phone is typically answered by a frustrated unfriendly & rushed person who doesn't seem to be in the mood to be working & often aren't afraid to tell you that. The delivery is on-time & quick & the delivery people are always friendly. Be sure to ask for your order to be repeated back to you because 9 out of 10 times they get something wrong or leave something out but they are also quick to please the customer when this is done.

Since there only two choices for delivery in Decatur and Pizza didn't sound very appealing it was Steak Out. The chicken sandwich with grilled onions is always a good choice and if anything Steak-Out is consistent. I was a little concerned because the order taker didn't seem to be paying very close attention. I used to order Steak-Out just to have the chocolate cake delivered. Have to say I don't like the changes they've made to the cake. A little bland with some weird tasteless mousse layer in the middle. It was better when it was one layer with fudge icing.
