Bad Service at Randy's Pizza: I have ordered several times where they lose the order or have not prepared the pizza before I arrive for pick-up. To make it worse, they take 30 minutes to make a pizza - and have no where to wait.

Great Zah!: Of course, this isn't Pittsburgh or Philly, but you can get the best southern pizza here. Why didn't I mention NYC? NYC pizza sucks for the most part. Cheerio!

Never ever, again !!@#**!! (rate -10): We ordered 4 pizzas for our office at 12:50. We understood there will be a 45 minute wait. That 45 minute wait has turned into *2 complete hours*. I have never had such bad customer service. They ( randy's pizza) gave us such a run around about where the pizzas were. I explained to the employee of Randy's if they could have picked the pizza's if there was a problem with their delivery process. He later explained that they only have one delivery driver working today. Who would want a cold pizza that has been sitting in a car of 2 hours and then pay for it. We finally canceled the order after 2:53pm. Rather that lying to the customers, it would be a good business practice to tell the truth. I would rather go to a commerical pizza parole, than this place ever again!!

Cheesesteak pizza is heavenly!: Yes, it can take a few extra minutes to get pizza and Randy's. Yes, it can get crowded if you show up at 12:15pm. Yes, it can be hard to get a table for 4, much less 6 or 8. And YES, the pizza is darn tasty. Order the cheesesteak pizza. It's well worth the wait!

Randy's is the best pizza in Durham for sure! I am from the jersy Shore area, and so I know my pizza!

Fine, fine alternative to the chain-pizza-stores: Pros: Good quality pizza, fresh, not formulaic like Dxxx or Pxx Jxx's Cons: They can get swamped, which is a good thing( good pizza ) Plenty of choices, quality. Yeah. Its a favorite lunchtime stop. If you can avoid the rush, fast service ( but what place isnt slow when swamped with people ) Recommended, for regular visits :-)

Yummy pizza. can get almost anything on your pizza you want and leave off what you don't want. Delivery available. Good customer service. Highly recommend.

Inconsistent. Last time I got a great slice (their speciality). This time it was over cooked dried out and nasty. It shouldn't have been served.
