Normally, I love Tim's Pizza, but tonight, it's a different story. I don't know if the girl was new or just completely incompetent, but I had the worst time and the worst service EVER!!! First, my boyfriend's beer he orders is wrong when it comes to the table, but we can't tell our server that b/c she seems to be aloof of our whereabouts. Then, after 30 minutes, I'm still waiting on my coke refill, and finally my boyfriend has to get up himself to get me a new coke. Finally, behold, our server shows up with our pizza, and we're so excited b/c she's done nothing well so far. Unfortunately, we had our hopes up a bit too much b/c the pizza was completely not what we ordered, but I can't tell our server it's wrong again, b/c she's gone into hiding once more. We finally get her attention and tell her the situation with our pizza, and guess who she blames? ME! She gets all defensive and tells me that I ordered that pizza that way, when in fact my pizza came with a few extra toppings I didn't even order or say. She asks me what I ordered, and I answer back, peperoni, mushrooms, and jalepenos, and she looks back at me again and says, "so, what's wrong with the pizza?" to which I replied, "it has green peppers, onions, ham, and sausage." so I ask you, what's wrong with this picture??? Of course, she finally decides to take the pizza away, and soon after a gentleman arrives at our table and asks what we would like to do....and by this time, we were so fed up with this incompetent and defensive girl, that we asked to have the pizza removed from our ticket and pay for the beers and soda. Total came to $8.00, and I left a $10 dollar bill on the table, but now looking back, I wish I left her EXACT change!!! So, moral of this story, don't go to TIm's by the square, instead, go to Tim's on College Ave., where we headed to after the disaster on the square. We had a fabulous server by the name of Sarah and quess what, our pizza came out PERFECT!!! THX Sarah!!!
