i have been going to this pizza hut for years and recently their perormance has been very poor. we waited over 2 hours for our food and we live right down the street.

Totally agree the previous two reviews. This is the worst Pizza Hut in the Bay Area. Please try to avoid it.

At first we use to really like this place, but recently the service has gotton sooooo bad!!! Customer service is terrible and these ppl are extremely rude!!!! They messed up my order twice in the same night, I ordered at 5:30ish pm and didnt get the right order till 10pm, and i had to reallly fight with them. The guy finally offered to give me next order for the same price complemetary! So i thought ok great....but next time when i called in they "charged" me (the guy obviously lied) AND got my order wrong againnnnnnnn! I called I called them and told them that the order was wrong and he said ok "come pick up the right order then" I said i can't since i have guests over, so he said "fine we will deliver" My guests had taken a few slices from the wrong pizza, but left more then half! The guy came after an hour and said " I want the wrong Pizza back" we gave it to him, but he refused to take the wrong Pizza since it had a few slices missing and also refused to give the correct one. We told him that we had guests over and we couldn't stop them from taking a few pieces, but he said that "he didnt care" and walked Off with the Pizza!!! My gosh I couldnt beleive their Rudeness. I know that i am NEVER going back there again!

We ordered 16 pizza's the previous day for delivery to a kids party and confirmed it the morning of the party -When the pizza did not arrive we called only to be told that they were going to be "at least a half an hour late"-This was not acceptable as the party venue had a time limit and having 30 hungry kids to wait 30 mts is not fun...... And all this after confirming twice and paying in advance-VERY POOR SERVICE indeed.
