mandy is wonderful. very good customer service, has personality which is a big plus. and fast service and good quality. as long as she is working at the papa johns on union rd i will continue to order from them.

Carry Out is the only option with Papa Johns: My family and I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery this Sunday and were told it would be 45 to 60 minutes. After 2 hours we called the location that is only 4.5 miles away and were placed on hold for about 7 minutes. We were finally given an opportunity to voice our concern and the manager did not offer any explanation other than our order was on the way. Our pizzas arrived about 10 to 15 minutes later and were cold. I guess if you want pizza from Papa John's your best bet is to pick it up or better yet call Domino's!
