We ordered 3 pizzas a few months ago and when they arrived they were cold and stuck to the box, had taken over an hour and a half, and it was too late to eat somewhere else so we had to eat the pizza's. I contacted Papa John's home office via email and complained, they told me they would help to resolve the issue and after 2 more attempts to contact them they have NEVER tried to resolve this issue. They did give me a complaint number and promised to work with me and since then have done nothing to help. I am not complaining any more to their home office as I feel I have done my part and they should have been more accomodating to resolve my complaint. I do edit for several on-line food critic reviews and will make note of this in them all.
