Waldo Pizza rules: Waldo Pizza is the best pizza I have ever had in my life.

Came in for my first time during the lunch buffet hours and was extremely pleased. Excellent thin crust "St. Louis" style (which is my favorite) and regular crust pizza as well. Will definitely be back. A good value, too.

Don't read what "Disappointed" wrote. Everyone knows you don't order out pizza from there!!! You always go into the restaurant to eat. This is not your run of the mill pizza delivery boy pizza place. This is probably THE best pizza in the metro if not one of the best places in the nation. It is WONDERFUL and their salad bar is great to boot. You must try it!

Their ?St. Louis style? is to die for: The best pizza place in the city. Our whole family just loves the food, locally owned, friendly people and the food . . . . the best.

The pressure was on...: We're visiting from Alabama, so clueless about local eateries. Got 4 kids who wanted pizza, so the challenge to find great pizza landed with me. Ordered 2 complicated large ones from Waldo's...and...the whole family loved 'em. Thanks Waldo!

The best thin crust pizza in KC: St. Louis style is the way to go at Waldo Pizza. Very thin crust and provel cheese topping make for a great tasting pizza. The Waldo Combo is a favorite.

Excellent Food!: Waldo Pizza is our family's favorite place to go for pizza. They have such a wide variety of toppings and a great atmosphere. The only complaint that I have is you have to choose your time to go carefully because it's packed on a Friday or Saturday night. Usually now, we choose our food to go to avoid this issue but then we miss out on the warm atmosphere. But the most important thing, the food, is absolutely delicious.

There is ABOSLUTELY none better than Waldo Pizza. The pizzas are without parallel. Whether you are a thin-crust (St. Louis style) afficionado, or a thick-crust fanatic, you will not find a greater and fresher variety of toppings and cheeses anywhere, and they are baked to PERFECTION. The beer options are just as unparalleled, and the wait staff are the greatest. Ask for Annie; she's the best. Waldo Pizza is a five-star experience all the way around. Best atmosphere, best pizza, best beer selection, best waiters. Don't forget to try the salad bar, too!

Good but not great.... I wish you all could try The Dish pizza in Liberty, MO. That to me is the best pizza in KC. Not as well known as Waldo but a great Northland Secret.

The absolute BEST Pizza in KC! This is my favorite place to eat in the Waldo area. This one sounds crazy, but try the Traditional crust, alfredo sauce w/ shrimp and crab meat!

called in a combo specialty at 8pm and told pick up would be ready at 8:40 approx. Got there at 8:30 and picked up pizza and brought home. PIZZA WAS JUST BARELY WARM - CRUST VERY HARD - PIZZA MUST HAVE BEEN READY FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES BEFORE WE PICKED UP PIZZA ABOUT AS GOOD AS A DAY OLD LEFTOVER. All we got was a " we're sorry!" Pizza Hut and Papa Johns would have made it right. I will never return or recommend to ANYONE.

I love their pizza so much. To bad the last time I came there, the small pizza came up to $11 almost $12. The monday special is the best time to get Waldos pizza because of the great deal they have on it. Its my favorite pizza place to eat other then Minskey's pizza.

Very good pizza, especially the "St. Louis" style thin crust. My boyfriend and I don't think it's the best in Kansas City (we prefer The Record Bar and D'Bronx pizza to Waldo's) but if you're in the neighborhood, Waldo Pizza is a good choice for dining. The atmosphere is a typical bar/pizza shop atmosphere and the service is good. One thing I really like is that they keep old Trivial Pursuit cards at every table for entertainment while you're waiting for your pizza. Good place!

Best ranch dressing in town. Pizza is pretty good, and there is a huge selction of specialties and toppings for vegetarians, gluten-free, etc. Plus they have beer. Works for me!

Best St. Louis Style Pizza and Salad Bar: I don't know about you but I love pizza and salad together, especially St. Louis style pizza. The thin crust and mixed cheeses makes this a classic favorite amongst St. Louis style lovers. The salad bar here is also great, lots of variety of ingrediants, toppings and dressings. And the price, your average pizza joint.

Stopped by here on a business trip to Kansas City and was very impressed with the beer choices in this seemingly 'regular' looking pizzeria. Not much fanciness to it inside or out. My waiter was very attentive without being obnoxious and the pizza was very very tasty. On to the beer. Great selection of bottles and on my visit had some really great drafts and was able to get a flight which included Founders KBS and a couple other high ABV brews with no upcharge in price. Definately worth checking out.

This place not only has the best regular pizza in town but also has gluten free and vegan options! My whole family can eat there despite one with Celiac and another with lactose intolerance. Plus the GF menu also has fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes and breadsticks!!
