Edwardo's: the food is great and so is the atomosphere, although reservations are a must if you want a table. The drinks are awesome, but service can be hit or miss. I had a rude hostess when I was there, but overall not a bad place

Great wood-fired pizza: And good drinks also. They have a very generous happy-hour. The bloody mary's have a ton of stuff in them to eat. The wood-fired pizza is wonderful.

Remembering when: I remember Edwardo's when they were in Onalaska and my friends and I would go for pizza after the highschool game on fridays and be able to afford the bill. Highschoolers of today would have to work for two weeks to afford a supper there now!

Great pizza, my wife loves the wheat crust for a little more crunch and their cheese curds are out of this world.!!

August 2006: We found the thin crust pizza excellent. Both the pizzas we ordered arrived hot and delicious. Where we live in Canada it is difficult to get a good thin crust pizza so we especially enjoyed these. The service was very good (a trainee trying her very best to do everything correctly) but I felt the ambiance was lacking a bit. We would return in a minute for more pizza.

Food is great and the woodfires are the best. However, if you are planning on ordering woodfire pizzas, make sure not to make a reservation on Sunday because the woodfire oven is closed. The staff is friendly but many of the servers are inexperienced and it shows. There are a few servers, however, (Beth, CJ, and Heather) that we would highly recommend and often request one of them when eating there. Overall, we would highly recommend Edwardo's Pizza Wagon.

The place to go for gourmet pizza in La Crosse. They've been consistent for over ten years. Great selection of beers, and their service is always prompt. Nice atmosphere.

Good food but watch the service: If you want excellent Italian food this is a must visit. Excellent pizza and pasta. You will not be disappointed. However, the service is either great or really questionable. Don't be surprised if a bartender makes comments that make your mouth hit the floor.

Grew up near the Chicagoland area and Edwardo's Pizza Wagon's thin crust is the best I have ever had! I try to get a pizza every time I visit La Crosse. All the locals suggest going there for pizza too. Recommend order for pick up or get there when they open if you want a table without a reservation.

We've been to this dump twice...and had horrible service both times. The second time was definitely the last straw. They screwed up the order for one of the people in our party. He ordered pasta and they brought him pizza. So he did not get to enjoy his food, he ended up having to get it to go. Then they had the balls to put the $20 price tag on our bill! And on a side note, the older lady who stands at the front counter and does nothing is anything but nice. Quite rude in fact. Will never eat here again or ever recommend this place.
