omg! AWFUL FOOD AND SERVICE sahara location equally bad. I cannot even believe they have a business. The food was beyond terrible not even bareable. I wasted 30 dollars on food for only two people and had it immediate thrown away. They said the delivery man got done an hour ago but we had just recieved our food and would not do anything. TERRIBLE UNBELIVABLE SAVE THE TROUBLE OF DISAPPOINTMENT i honestly didnt think it was possible to suck so bad.

This is my FIRST favorite pizza in Las Vegas...I WOULD SAY # 1 The ingredients are excellent...great dough, great mozzerella, great sauce, great toppings.... and the prices are very fair...especially their Pick-up Special.

I love Napoli i order from them probably twice a week, i go there for lunch, they have great food , great customer service, for delivery usually takes 45 min. (better than all other places). i love their giant pizza , great for parties, . and by the way they are not closing, i was there 2day and they are still open and not planning on closing, Thank you Napoli for great food.

The employees are always great and the food is wonderful. 3 years ago my daughter reached into a trash can to get the number off your pizza box (it was the jumbo). She doesn't do that ll the time, but being disappointed with all the other pizza places in town we were looking for a pizza. This is now the only place we get pizza from. Thank you! (P.S. your delivery guys are very nice, especially the older gentleman) =)

Don't let the looks of this place fool you. Sure, its small, but everything they make there is fresh. I had order the Giant 30" pizza and even after 3 days of trying to eat it by myself, it still taste awesome. I've eaten at the parlor several times and would usually order a beer with my meal while playing on the arcade machine there.

Don't order from the one on Sahara!!!! The food is great...when it's right. We ordered 2 meals from them and only half of it was right. We called to ask if we could get a replacement and the lady taking the orders over the phone wanted to argue with us about what we had ordered. All we asked for was for them to deliver what we asked for. Finally...an hour later...the delivery guy showed up with only half of the order. We talked with the manager and he didn't even want to give us a refund! All we asked for was for our order to be correct!!! Not a good way to run a business.

What a bad experience I had with their food. Its' no wonder they are closing down. I was disappointed when I ordered a gyro from this place and did not get my moneys worth. Getting a gyro from here is like ordering a taco from Taco Bell. Their clam chowder tasted like it came from a can. I could have bought Cambels and it would have tasted better. I do not recommend this place!

I am from New York, and your thin crust pepperoni pizza tastes a lot like New York pizza, a good thing. It's amazing and the price was just right and the service was top notch. Overall, great experience.

I love coming here! The staff is friendly, the Food is FANTASTIC!.......and the place makes me feel like I am in New York in the old parts of the downtown (Chelsea area). It's always busy, which obviously means its good... The girls (waitresses) work so hard and give excellent service. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Every time I eat here the girls who work here are always awesome and are very sweet. They always check to make sure that we are taken care of and if we needed anything else. On top of the great service the pizza here is great as well!

NAPOLI PIZZA IS THE BEST PLACE FOR PIZZA AND SANDWICHES. They have the best prices and all the subs come with a side order, homw much moor could you want. Some places dont even give you a side order for their subs and its the same price. This place has the best ingredients and everything is always fresh. The best place in Las Vegas.

When we opened them up, the meatballs were BLACK, not brown, not a little over done, BLACK. When we brought it to their attention, we got the basic I'm sorry, and we were told the manager would call us back. One week, no call. This place couldn't give a sh*t about the customer. I stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes (no lie) while 6 or 7 employees argued with each other, all the time ignoring me. This is too bad, my wife liked this place. The problem is, this was no mistake. You cannot tell me they didn't know they were putting burnt meatballs in the dinners. This is unforgivable. I will never waste another dime with these a-holes. It would be a benefit to our town if they went out of business.

Don't Order from the one on Warm Springs Road!!! They have 2 locations and the one on Warm Springs Road is awfull! I had dinner for 2 delivered and they messed up on both. I was however charged for the right thing. I called and asked the to re-deliver the right thing and they said they would not. So I asked for a refund for the things I didn't get and they said the would but only if the charged me for the stuff the had brought out in mistake. So they wanted to give me $1.25 diffence back and I still wouldn't have what I had ordered. Seriously $1.25? Why should I have to pay for 2 things I didn't order? I ordered here a few times a week... The only reason I ever order from them is because they are open in the middle of the night. They use cheese wiz on their potato skins and other items with chesse. Order from Modena instead if it is before midnight.

Napoli is one of the few places that has never messed up any of our orders. The pizza is always amazing and even their sandwiches are good. They offer a great variety of food but the reason I keep going back is for the pizza. It's just addicting. The hardest part of going to Napoli is deciding how big of a pizza you want. They have an awesome pick up special for $7.99 where you get a 16 inch 1 topping pizza. I'm saving the 30 inch pizza for a special occasion. They also have Italian soda and homemade lemonade. They are open until 2am and Thursday through Saturday they are open until 3am. The restaurant is kind of small but they have really great lunch specials. Actually.... I'm going to go order a pizza now.
