best pizza ever: Best pizza i have ever had. I am from New York City and it is better then anything I have ever had up there.

Since moving to the area, we have yet to find a better pizza place than Cardonis. I always have great service & the toppings are fresh. On the weekends it takes slightly longer to deliver, but its always nice & warm :)

Not so good: Nothing special or memorable about this pizza.

First time eating at Cardoni's today and it was the best pizza I've ever eaten. If you're in Lexington you've gotta go here.

Food is great.: I ate there the first time today and don't understand how anyone could eat pizza anywhere else after eating here.

Best pizza I've had in years.: These guys make the best pizza I've had in many years. They have a lot more than pizza and the people who work there are very nice.

I go there basicly every day.: They have many styles and varieties of food. Like pizza, of course, stromboli, calzones, wings, salads, subs, and many appetizers. I enjoy eating the stromboli. Its loaded with meats and comes with ranch and pizza sauce. I also like to come in during the week and eat off their buffet. I wish there was one in Columbia, where I live.

This was the best pizza in Lexington. Sorry to see it go. I hope they open a new one in Lexington soon.

Not that great: The pizza is not that great, in fact I would have been just as happy with a frozen pizza. It taste like dominos to me and I hate dominos. The man said it would take 20 min when I called and it ended up taking 35 min and there were no customers. There was also someone cussing in the kitchen when I picked the pizza up which disturbed me.

Skip the chain places and go here instead: Better than Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, or any other national chain pizza place. The people working are really nice and the prices are great. You can dine in, carry out, or get delivery depending on where you live. My boyfriend is originally from western New York...a place where people know their pizza...and he loves it. We have tried most pizza places in Columbia and Lexington, and Cardoni's is the only place we like.

Best Pizza -- I drive 20 miles to get it.: A friend I know in Lexington turned me on to this place. I live in Northeast Columbia. After the first time, I was hooked. I make the drive at least every two weeks to eat at Cardoni's. There's just no other pizza like it. The stromboli is out of this world.

Love the place! The pizza is fantastic, but I never would have expected the same quality from their subs and other menu items. My tastebuds tell me that Cardoni's has the best subs and pizza in town. The staff is like none other; they offer the type of business i would expect of the local Lexington crowd. I enjoy supporting this locally owned business as much as I enjoy eating the food.

Great food. I was impressed with the stromboli. Pizza is pretty awesome also.

This was a decent place while it was open (particularly the calzones). It's sadly closed now.
