The Chicago style pizza is delicious! However, the service is horrible here! It's painfully obvious the waitresses are hired for their looks and not for good job performance. I'd rather have someone unattractive serve me if he/she is going to do a good job of it. If they had better service, I'd rate it a 4 star.

Great pizza! Location kinda sucks. Downtown doesn't offer very much parking....be prepared to walk.

Visited Gusano's on New Year's Day. I was extremely happy is was open. We ordered the Carnivore Craze (I believe this was the name- all meats) Chicago style pizza and it was truly delicious!!! The sauce was thick & hearty, the meats abundant and the crust truly crisp and perfect for dipping in a side order of sauce or dressing! Will be visiting anytime I go to Little Rock. Thanks Gusano's!!!

Great Chicago style pizza: If you like beer and pizza this place is for you! We had the Leaf Erickson Chicago style pizza which has chicken, tamatos, black olives, and mushrooms (which we ordered it without). It was sooooo.... good the pizza sauce was so fresh tasting!!

The guy that does trivia is a faggot and he thinks he is cool because his job is a trivia game at gusano's. The pizza is good though.

I had a good experience. I ordered the combo italian sandwich which is italian beef and italian sausage with sauce and peppers. It was SO GOOD! It was just like I was back in Chicago! 4-stars!

The food was great!! However, the service was HORRIBLE and we were confronted outside of the restaurant by the waitress wanting to know why we left her a crummy tip. So beware of disgruntal waitresses!!!

CHICAGO STYLE PIZZA IS GOOD BUT NOT QUITE WHAT WE HAVE ACTUALLY FOUND IN CHICAGO. BUT WHO CAN GO WRONG WITH PIZZA & BEER ANYWHERE. GREAT ATMOSPHERE TO WATCH SPORTS. JUST WISH THEY WOULD LET ME BRING MY 12 YEAR OLD SON IN AFTER A TRAVS BALL GAME JUST TO GET A PIZZA. GUESS THEY HAVE A RULE ABOUT NO MINORS AFTER 9PM.

Gusano's might be best known for being a River Market watering hole but the Chicago-style pizza sandwiches and salads are quite satisfactory at this congenial sports bar.

We met here with a friend from out of town. The last time she was here we had pizza from another location around. And while we disappointed there we were very happy with our experience. First off we were sat and had drinks pretty quickly. I ordered a serving of breadsticks and those came out pretty quickly. As we finished those off we ordered a Half meat/ half hawaiian pizza. As we waited for it we got to watch some of the games going on. It did seem like the wait for the pizza took a bit but my friends told me that the menu DID say it would be 30 minutes or so. I guess that's alright just don't plan to be in a rush for the deep dish. When the pizza came out it was poorly cut... It was quite a pain to get the slices away from each other. Otherwise the 'za was great! We finished it off between the three of us but really it would have fed four! The only thing I could have wished for was the service to be more attentive. At times she was spot on but there were times when an empty ...

Gusano's is the only place to go for Chicago style pizza in LR. Their salads are also pretty good. Gusano's is a restaurant but it also has a bar. The only problem I have with Gusano's is it tends to be a bit pricy.

A few friends and I went for drinks and to listen to the music. We ended up running into to other friends and sat down with them. The waitress came to take our order and she was not familiar at all with what kind of alcohol labels they had (it was her 1st night) so I had to go to the bar myself to pick what I wanted then tell her (I should have just ordered at the bar). We ordered appetizers and it took about 20-30 minutes to get that. In the meantime other people were coming in that knew other people in our party. The waitress never asked if we wanted the order together or seperate (although with people coming and going from our "party" at several different times it should have been obvious that we were not all together!). My person and I told her we no longer wanted cocktail drinks but were going to drink beer the rest of the evening yet she proceeded to bring cocktails (2 more even after we specifically told her not to). I am very sympathetic to people in the hospitality industry a... - dlori - Jul-11-2008
