Best Steak Subs..: This place has great steak subs, thats all I got to say about that!

I just ordered for the first time yesterday. The customer service was excellant and very friendly. The pizza arrived faster than the quoted time. And the food... If you like pizza and you like philly cheese steak; try the Liverpool Slammer. Its kind of reminiscent of Domino's philly cheese steak pizza, but it has much fresher ingredients and that New York pizza flavor that can only be found here. Needless to say I was very impressed and will be ordering again.

This place is excellent. Everytime I stop over at the Liverpool Library I cannot pass Pizza Villa without picking up the Steak and Cheese Combo. Great people with friendly faces and great services. If you are ever on Tulip Street and feel a rumble in your tummy, this is the place to stop!!!!

Good Food, Service: I use them regularly and have yet to have a problem with them. Pizza and wings are good and thier delivery people are nice. I recommend Pizza Villa.

My girlfriend and I order from this place roughly 5 or 6 times a month. Food is consistently excellent, always delivered hot and with a smile. Staff in the store is helpful as well as patient. This restaurant actually uses a database to track their clients, so they can typically pull up your address for delivery as soon as you provide your phone number when ordering (highly convenient). Furthermore, while their quoted times for delivery are no quicker or longer than any other pizza shop, they often times get your food to you well before the quoted time (havenâ??t had it late once!). As far as the food goes, I have never been disappointed yet! They use good sauce (doesnâ??t taste home-made, but definitely isnâ??t just some off-brand generic sauce), their dough has a great, authentic New York taste, and theyâ??re always willing to take care of any special requests that you might have that lies within their powers. Furthermore, despite what other slanderous reviews might say, their food isn't 'acidic' or 'greasy', and I dare anyone who has considered these reviews to try them out for yourself; whoever wrote the slander clearly has never actually eaten anything from Pizza Villa and has merely submitted what they got told by some other "New-Old-New" Pizza shop's owner asked them to. Believe me when I say that you won't be disappointed! Appetizers are cooked just before delivery, so you donâ??t get cold Fries or Mozzarella Sticks with your hot pizza and wings, and as someone who has spent a good amount of time in Syracuse Kitchens as a cook, itâ??s clear that they change their Fryer Oil regularly, which DEFINITELY makes a huge impact on the quality of the food. Thank you Pizza Villa for not only your great food, but your attention to detail and spectacular customer service! Its nice to know that these values arenâ??t dead everywhere!

We love this place but tonight we got 50 overcooked, inedible wings :( (called and ordered, picked them up and went home) When I called to let them know I was not offered a replacement, which was truly my BIGGEST disappointment :(

The sauce is horrible and acidic. The overall flavor of the pizza is like chef-boyardi pizza in a box. This is the grossest pizza I've ever had.

The pizza was acceptable but a bit bland. I would assert that there is ver little spice in the sauce.

My experience here was absolutely awful. Items missing in two stromboli's...and....they were barely cooked. At least melt the cheese next time..... Management was inconsiderate and extremely rude and the establishment itself was quite dirty.
