The Best Pizza in Louisville!!!: If you like real Wisconsin Cheese, and real bold tomato sauce, then you will LOVE Clifton's! 2 slices will be enough for most people especially if you add an order of Breadsticks which are INCREDIBLE. Lot's of people swear by Impelizeri's or Wick's, but for my money, Clifton's is the only place to go to get your Pizza Fix. Plus they have some good local Live Music starting about 8 pm! I have eaten Pizza in Chicago, New York, and even Milan, Italy, and Clifton's Pies are the best I have ever had! From what I have heard, the Lasagna is really good as well. I have had the HUGE Calzones before, and they are great as well, but I usually just order up a Pizza!

Great casual pizza place in Crescent Hill.: Nice food, good fresh tasting pizza. Very unpretentious. The pies are big and tasty. Order up a large, then retire next door to Longshot's Tavern for a brew and some great live music.

This is good pizza. Far superior to the wannabees that try and fail. I'd heartily recommend Clifton's over any pizza place in Louisville.

This city has some great pizza which is why I am so confused regarding the love people have for this particular one. I hear the calzones are good but I found the crust of the pizza to be bland the cheese to be rubbery and the sauce very pasty. To add insult to injury the mushrooms were obviously canned and therefore waterlogged.Maybe I will try a calzone in the future but certainly not the near future.

I dine in or carry out several times a week. My only compliant is that they are closed on Mondays!

Admittedly I went to Clifton Pizza Co. not for dinner necessarily but to watch a friend play live music. What I found was a laid-back atmosphere some pretty-good food and a very friendly staff dedicated to making me happy. The high-light of the evening was watching several little girls on the dance floor clogging while my friend and his band played some old-timey swing music. This place features a pretty big menu and is right on the Fat Friday trolley line so stop by for a drink or a meal or some good music and bring the kids if you got em and turn em loose. Thumbs up in my book!!

You get your money's worth too a calzone is around 7 bucks but it's huge so you won't be leaving hungry.
