Great Pizza: Very good pizza. Done just like you expect. Plenty of seasoning and the crust is very tasty. Not necessarily worth the higher price you would pay as compared to a chain pizza place.

local great: Artsy decor and homestyle pizza gives flavor to all aspects of dining. It a local retreat that wisks you away from cookie cutter Montgomery. Service could be better but the food makes up for everything. Share a salad and a pizza and dinner for two is not bad at all.

Best pizza in Montgomery!!!: This is the best pizza in Montgomery by far!!! Best choices of toppings, crust, etc. Great calzones, too. And you can always try a sandwich from Cafe Louisa next door.

Best In the South: I am a bonified pizza lover and this place is by far the best. They have real stone ovens so the cust is nice and crunchy. They also offer different toppings than most places. They have spinach and tofu and portabelo mushrooms. Its also has a cafe attached to it so you can use their WiFi and sip some good coffee at the same time. Its a cool little place in an artsy type setting. Did I mention its good.....

Great neighborhood pizza: I love eating at Tomatinos. It's probably my favorite place in Montgomery. Authentic. Real. Great food. Kinda pricey, but worth the difference. Darth Vader eats there, so it has to be good.

'meh': It's expensive, the staff is high, there's no place to sit, it's hot from the ovens but besides that, not bad. But for $20+ for a pizza, it should be good.

Went with a group of girls - service was AWFUL - she totally ignored us most of the time, the food was good. In fact the service was SO bad, we won't go back no matter how good the pizza was.

Good food - no service: We entered and were told to seat ourselves anywhere. After getting our drinks at a small table, we asked and were moved to an available booth. We ordered two pizzas. The first arrived and was great... just as ordered (recommend the Marguerita). The second finally arrived, but was not really close to the ingredience we had ordered. It took about 15 minutes to get the attention of the server to send it back. We told her the problem and she disappeared only to return five minutes later to ask if we wanted a box to take the remaining (incorrect) pizza home. We told her we wanted a new pizza as ordered this time. She was surprised. 15 minutes later she returned and said we would get a new pizza as ordered, but asked if we would move to a smaller table so some people could use our booth. I was amazed that we would be asked to leave our table because we were delayed by their mistake, but offered to pay and just leave without the second pizza. We were then told we could stay in our booth. Fifteen minutes later, our second pizza finally arrived as ordered ... in a to-go box... with the check. Since we live out of town, to-go was not an option. Finally we got plates and ate the second pizza. In the server's defense, she was the only one for the entire restuarant. Good food. I recommend a to-go order. Avoid made to order pizzas and go with what they know for a better experience.

Great food, iffy service: The ambiance is young and hip, and usually so are the employees. It has an artsy feel. But artsy can easily be translated slow and leisurely. Use takeout unless you have time to sit and chat with your lunch/dinner companions or you brought reading material. And don't bring the kids unless they are older. It was not at all accomodating to our toddlers when we were there last. The space is cramped and it's a bit noisy, but that just adds to it chic charm if that's what you are looking for. The food is great. Service is slow. And it's pricey. Lunch is a good option, but remember to watch the clock and notify the server up front if you have to make it back in an hour!

great place for takeout: This is a great place for takeout lunch. We call in orders frequently, and the menu offers something for everyone in my office. Atmosphere of the place is great too.

My favorite pizza!: This is the best pizza in the world! I live in Atlanta but every time I visit my family in Montgomery we go to Tomatinos for pizza. I've tried lots of pizza places in Atlanta, but nothing compares to Tomatinos in Montgomery! I love their salads as well! Everything they make is very fresh and tasty!

Tomatinos is different from most: This is a different style pizza place in that they feature a healthy choices. While you will see some of the Pizza Hut type offereings, the menu contains some unusual choices and toppings. It is best to venture out and order something you don't recall seeing at the other pizza places.

Tomatinos Pizza and Bake Shop has a wide range of pizzas offered on the menu and the pizza is delicious. They also offer a variety of sandwiches and salads. The desserts are also good. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. This is a good place to have an enjoyable dinner with a friend.

Smelled sour. They were out of basil so I ordered pesto which didn't taste like basil pesto at all. The other pizza had pepperoni. A large pepperoni with on 8 pieces of pepperoni on it! One for every slice. And the place was expensive...
