Buffalo Cheese Dip and Pizza Rolls
INGREDIENTS
1package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2/3cup chunky blue cheese dressing
1to 2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
Sliced green onions, if desired
Directions
1.In 1 1/2-quart microwavable bowl, mix cream cheese, dressing and wing sauce until smooth.
2.Cover; microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with green onions.
3.Serve dip with hot pizza snacks.


Jalapeño Popper Dip and Pizza Rolls
INGREDIENTS
1package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4cup milk
3tablespoons finely chopped fresh jalapeño chiles
1/2teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
1.In small bowl, beat cream cheese and milk with whisk or fork. Stir in jalapeño chiles and cumin. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.

1cup Old El Paso® Thick ‘n Chunky salsa

2teaspoons chopped chipotle chiles in adobe sauce (from 7-oz can)

1cup Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® dressing
1/2teaspoon chili powder
1/2teaspoon ground cumin

Bacon and Sun-Dried Tomato Ranch Dip
INGREDIENTS
3/4cup sour cream
1/2cup ranch dressing
1/4cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil and herbs
4slices bacon, crisply cooked and finely chopped
Assorted raw vegetables
Direction
1.Mix all ingredients except fresh vegetables in medium bowl with spoon.
2.Serve dip with vegetables.


Taco Salad Dip
INGREDIENTS
1/2lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1/4cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
1can (16 oz) Old El Paso® refried beans
1can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1package (1 oz) Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix
2drops red pepper sauce
1clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2cup sour cream
1tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8teaspoon chili powder
Finely shredded lettuce, if desired
Additional shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired
Corn chips, if desired
Direction
1.In 1 1/2-quart microwavable casserole, crumble beef. Cover loosely; microwave on High 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes 30 seconds or until beef is thoroughly cooked. Stir and drain.
2.Stir in bell pepper, onion, beans, tomato sauce, seasoning mix, pepper sauce and garlic. Cover tightly; microwave on High 3 minutes. Stir; spread mixture in 9-inch microwavable pie plate. Cover; microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
3.In small bowl, mix sour cream, 1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese and the chili powder. Spread over beef mixture. Sprinkle with lettuce and additional Cheddar cheese. Serve with corn chips.


Slow Cooker Pepperoni Pizza Dip
INGREDIENTS
1jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
1cup chopped turkey pepperoni, (from 6-ounce package)
8medium green onions, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2cup chopped red bell pepper
1can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
1package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened and cubed
Broccoli flowerets, cherry tomatoes and carrot sticks, if desired
Direction
1.Mix pizza sauce, pepperoni, onions, bell pepper and olives in 1 1/2-quart slow cooker.
2.Cover and cook on low heat setting 3 to 4 hours or until mixture is hot.
3.Stir in mozzarella cheese and cream cheese until melted. Serve with vegetables for dipping. 


Hawaiian Pizza Dipping Sauce for Pizza Rolls
INGREDIENTS
1cup pizza sauce
1/3cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/3cup crushed pineapple (from 8-oz can)
1/8teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, if desired
Direction
1.In 1-quart saucepan, mix pizza sauce, bell pepper, pineapple and crushed red pepper.
2.Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
3.Serve with hot pizza snacks.


Salsa-Bean Dip for Pizza Rolls
INGREDIENTS
1can (16 oz) Old El Paso® refried beans
1/4cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1/4cup sour cream
1tablespoon lime juice
1/2teaspoon ground cumin
2tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions: 
1.In medium bowl, mix beans, salsa, sour cream, lime juice and cumin until well blended. Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with cilantro.
2.Serve with hot pizza snacks.
