312 Pizza Company to Open

The 312 Pizza Company opened this past weekend in Germantown. They’re offering Chicago style pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches and more.

Staci Bockman owns the family operated restaurant in conjunction with 5 other Chicagoans. “The Chicago food came from us. They’re our recipes, our pizza crust, our sauce – what we believe is the best representation of Chicago pizza,” says Bockman.

With dishes like the Capone deep-dish pizza with sausage chunk, pepperoni, Italian beef and bacon and the Man vs. Chicago sandwich which includes 5 types of meats, their menu has lots to offer. They also have appetizers like homemade mozzarella sticks, homemade soft pretzel sticks and breaded fried mushrooms. In addition, the restaurant serves craft cocktails, Chicago brews and a selection of Nashville beers.

The diner has bar or dining room seating available and 8 televisions for guests to catch the latest sporting events.

“We want to be the neighborhood hangout,” said Bockman. “That neighborhood bar where we know all of our regulars, and even if you’re not a regular, you can come in and feel like a regular and feel at home and comfortable.”

During their first week of operation, they’ll be offering dinner service from 4PM to 10PM. They expect to add lunch hours in the following weeks.
