Acceptable Tips to Drivers

Pizza delivery drivers go off in dangerous streets and risk their lives trying to deliver the most delicious dish on earth - the pizza. Though some people think that this is an easy job to play, a delivery driver does so much more tiring things. For instance, they also check the orders or still pursue delivery in cold rain. With this known (or unknown), there's an undying debate on whether drivers should be given more than a dollar of a tip. To be specific, would a one dollar change out of a twenty be acceptable?

Fact: the socially acceptable and recommended tip is at a standard of 15% and delivery drivers do not differ from dine-in restaurants. If there's bad weather or cold rain, it is ethical to tip more than should. Better yet, if gas could be covered, everything should be better for the employee, after all they provided service for your own convenience.
