Aggressive Franchise Growth for Uncle Maddio's

Building your own pizza in a franchise establishment is fast expanding and 2013 seem to be just
the beginning.

The franchise plans to open in several locations this year, including Orlando, Gainesville, Miami,
and Southwest Florida markets. Over 20 stores shall be opened and 125 more in the southwest.

“In the next eight years,” says Uncle Maddio’s Founder and Chief Pizza Maker, Matt Andrew,
“we will have 100 franchise locations open across Florida. It’s an aggressive statement, but
it’s a testament to the popularity of our locations in Atlanta, Kentucky, and North and South
Carolina. When we open a new restaurant, people are literally lined up outside the door.”

This franchising veteran has been known in developments such as Moe's Southwest Grill.

This pizza joint opened four years ago but now it is entitled as the "Chipotle of pizza," catering
to markets that demand more of pizza choices with the ability of customers to choose with
what they want. Even the fresh, organic, gluten-free and allergy-free eaters are tapped by the
restaurant.

Their motto even says it all, "served with love" as they show consumers their strong connection
and consistent marketing.

By early May, the Tallahassee Uncle Maddio's Pizza branch is expected to open at the new
Mahan Village center. Then after that, expect more..
