Arlington Pizzeria Against Bullies

Washington based pizzeria named Arlington Pizza Factory stood their grounds as they campaign against bullying through their community pizza.

Last October was all about the month of pizza and the month of National Bullying Prevention where the Pizzeria's employee wear statement shirts that say "Don't be a bully" together with signage around the restaurant.

This movement hopes to pressure schools to do something about bullying and get to the bottom of it.

“Society needs to stop and say we are responsible for this. This is happening in schools, in homes, in the workplace and it just has to stop.” said Jeanette Dushkin, owner of the pizzeria.

This decision of the owner roots out from her desire to protect her own family, specifically her disabled sister and her son.

Thankfully, schools have noticed her and have gone collaborating with her pizzeria for this movement.
