Biased Pizzeria Hiring

Could this ad be any more biased? 

Pizzerias be careful of what you post in the job ads as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission clearly states that employers should not post job ads that has preferences in gender or race. 

This job ad is the clear example of a bad example and it is of course, illegal! So Teele Square, you might wanna change your job ad before you get in trouble. 

For reference, here is the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission rule:
"It is illegal for an employer to publish a job advertisement that shows a preference for or discourages someone from applying for a job because of his or her race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information."
