Busting the Pizza Myth:Pizzas Produced Ahead of Time

In a fast paced world, pizza may seem like the fastest dish to order. Some believes that pizzas are made ahead of time and left on the rack until it is ordered. Is this a myth or the truth? 

You can easily spot pizzerias that do this but as far as we are concerned, no pizzeria would jeopardize their business and do this. 

You see, pizzas are not like any other perishable goods. When it is left out to sit on the rack, its quality lowers with its harder crusts, thicken cheese and overall a bad taste. 

The outer crust can say a lot of a pizza. Soft crusts means it is just 30 minutes old while hard crusts means it is already an old dish.
