California Pizza Kitchen: New Headquarters, New Beginnings

CPK (California Pizza Kitchen), one of the large chains of pizza restaurants has recently made its turning point as it signs a contract with Fox Interactive Media, leasing the fifth floor of Fox’ building and moving to a 33,000 square feet floor at Playa Vista.


The headquarters will now be found at 12181 Bluff Creek Drive, where Marina del Rey can be viewed over its private balcony.

The contract price CPK is facing with Fox Interactive Media was unknown but it was said that the terms were long-term, signing off a deal for 9 years.

Also recently, specifically in July, CPK will be purchased for $470 million by Golden Gate Capital, a private equity firm in San Francisco.
