Chipotle and Frasca Making Pizzeria

Denver will be able to taste new pies soon as Chipotle and Frasca ties up to create a fast-casual pizzeria. Located in 550 Broadway, Gerald Rhodes started making pies since May and has been introduced as a product of partnership of Bobby Stuckey and Lachlan Machinnon-Patterson.

The new restaurant is called Pizzeria Locale, which is just about the same as the pizzeria found in Boulder. The tied-up restaurant with Chipotle has explored opportunities in Denver.

Boulder branch has been operating since 2011 and has been known to be created by Frasca Food and Stuckey, the wine master. This pizza joint is also known to focus on traditional pizzas that are inspired from Naples, Italy.

Chipotle also explained that the Denver restaurant has the same concept and will commit to having only the fresh ingredients to make the pizza premium.

"Bobby and Lachlan are extraordinary restaurateurs who truly understand what it takes to provide an exceptional dining experience," said founder of Chipotle, Steve Ells in an interview and added, I have known them for years, and I thought their pizzeria in Boulder presented the perfect opportunity to collaborate,"

Over 10 classic pies are available in their menu where American flavors are featured. Customers are also allowed to make their own creations to suit any preference. This has allowed the Denver market to be attracted and also makes this restaurant unique from Frasca and Boulder restaurants.

Stuckey also mentions that the tie up is also wonderful as he admires the visionary Ells who loves food and wine.

Currently, Chipotle is found in Washington D.C. and L.A. where 6 shops were opened. Pizzeria Locale seems like targeting the same growth through tie-ups such as teaming up with ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen to make more developments.
