Get Unhealthy but Yummy Toppings

The worst toppings are often the best tasting ones. Just like what they said, the forbidden fruit is delicious - an understatement if it was pizza were talking about. The nutritional content of these toppings may not be the healthiest but it certainly hits the craving spot! Knowing the toppings that can cause disaster in our health, maybe next time you could swap it with something else. 

1. Pepperoni is one of the most popular toppings in the pizza industry, in fact, it is at numer one. This topping is high in protein but it is high in calorie meat, saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. You may find it in every pizzeria but its not what your doctor would recommend. 

2. Anchovies are unexpectedly one of the worst toppings. Who would have thought it contains a ton of cholesterol, fat and high levels of sodium? Though what makes it even out is the fact that it contains calcium, iron and protein, hence makes up for all the bad elements! (or not)

3. Canadian bacon sounds perfectly delicious on your greasy pizza but this pork has all the salt and cholesterol to make you sick! Fat is also high but not as high as pepperoni. Luckily, this topping has a good side which is containing thiamin, carbohydrates, vitamin B6 and other minerals.
