Helping out in a Bountiful Way

Community development has been the continuous project of the Waseca Lions Club. Many of the projects to improve humanitarian and social causes in Waseca County have been funded by its Lions Club to support a better society in the said county. With members coming from different fields, the diverse professional backgrounds have helped on pointing out the primary needs of the community.

The Club promotes camaraderie thru its annual golf tournament and provides opportunities for the youth to experience being with the club by helping out on its events.

One of the events it helps out is the annual Pancake Breakfast which is attended by around 400 people. But in order to get in touch in a more frequent manner, meetings are held at the Pizza Ranch a pizza place with a mission directly proportional with the club’s, which is aside from providing a legendary experience through the quality of food and service, they also take positive leadership position in the community and equip their employees with tools to lead happy and productive lives all by positively impacting the world we live in.

Meeting twice a month and eating at a pizza place with the shared mission in improving the quality of life in the community sure helps in promoting a better society to live in.
