Improve Your Mood Through Pizza Sketches

Diet is a very difficult word to keep in mind and the fear of weight gain is always at its height but with tempting fast food all around, it is hard to swallow discipline when it comes to chowing down. 

So what do you do?

A new study by researches of St. Bonaventure University New York states that pizza lovers who try to lessen pizza intake can overcome this just by drawing it. Yes, I said drawing the pizza will be the answer! 

Journal of Behavioural and Brain Science reveale that this could be effective. From their study, 61 students cooperated where 66% were women. The crowd was divided into 4 and given different kinds of pencils in red, green and black. The four groups were tasked to draw different kinds of food where the first group draws sweets, the second pizza, the third group strawberries and the fourth group drew peppers. 

Psychologists then observed and had their mood change examined. Hunger, mood, interest, and excitement were rated before and after the task within five minutes of each period. 

The results showed that those who drew pizza and cupcakes had improved their moods but those who drew peppers didn't have a good result.
