L.A. Live Gets Live Basil Pizza

A Denver based pizzeria named Live Basil Pizza has been reported to start operations downtown at L.A.'s sports and entertainment hub. The starting date is said to begin January 21 at the former spot of ESPN Zone. 

The Live Basil Pizza has been known to start in Denver and this pizza chain is also said to have its first California expansion in the hotspot, L.A. Live. 

Among those dishes liked by many customers are customizable Neapolitan pies, signature open-flamed cooked pizzas, salads, wine, beer and gluten free offers. 

The specials include "The Hot One" which is priced at $8.50. It contains red sauce, Italian cheese blend, natural pepperoni, spicy giardiniera, fresh jalapenos, red pepper flakes and spicy oil. Another special dish is the Rick's Favorite which is at around $9.50. It is topped with red sauce, fresh mozzarella, Italian cheese blend, bacon, red onions, imported olive oil and fresh basil. 

The new location opens 10 in the morning and closes at 10 in the evening, specifically found at 1011 S. Figueroa St., Los Angeles.
