Little Caesars plans Baltimore area expansion

There must be something in the Baltimore area as Little Caesars has been eyeing an expansion in this area.

The market in Baltimore has been said to be one of the targets of the pizza chain to be able to reach toward the suburban and rural communities, as said by the VP of franchise development of Little Caesars.

Its $5 ready to go pizzas are already present in Maryland, strip malls around Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard and Harford counties but according to Bob M. Mazziotti who is the VP, the pizza chain still has a lot of area to cover and expand into.

The target of the VP is opening new stores within 2 to 4 months in a year and even adding more the next.

"Based on our experience that we’re having, the products that we’re utilizing today, the "Hot-N-Ready" pizza and "Crazy Bread", we’re having great success with it, and it’s time to bring it up the East Coast. Baltimore has a great demographic. Now it’s time to go from a few (locations) to quite a few." Mazziotti said.

With the business model intact and focusing on the ready to go items, Little Caesars has been said to have sales increasing.
