New in: Bob's Pizza

From Thursdays to Saturdays, Barleycorn Pizza will now have take-out pizza as Bob Tiddick, owner of the pizza joint, announces their new service. 


Bob's pizza restaurant offers great choices for pizza selections in the best thin crusts in town and recently has added two hot items in their take out menu, the calzones and stromboi.

Over 12 weeks ago, the business just started and it was out of passion as the discovery of the pizza started back in January as Merlin Lesler requested for his pizza for a birthday. Guests during the event adored the pizza and in Merlin's statement "The crowd that night went nuts for it!"

The creation of the pizza was built with passion, which was obviously the secret recipe of its tasty goodness. 

"I have never met a guy who loved working as hard as he does making pizza, he loves doing it. It's a passion!"

And as Bob's pizza grew fame from eaters, guests have requested the co-owners of Barleycorn to have Bob's pizza - which then was given as complimentary dishes to guests as a test run and as people loved the pizza, the pizza business was started with the recipe of Bob Tiddick and the support of John Barleycorn Tavern owners. 

Investments were made on to ovens, sinks, refrigerators, large mixers and of course time and effor from Bob as he climbs up and down the kitchen to create the pizza dish. Though it was a total work out, Bob stll loves the work load.

"I love creating something that people truly like. I also try to make every creation as appealing to the eye as it is to the taste buds."

As any passionate pizza maker would be, Bob makes his pizza fresh with 100% mozzarella cheese and his own ingredients grown from his garden, such as those ghost peppers that are second hottest in the world. Along with this fine ingredient, customers can also have other toppings and choose from garlic seafood pizza with fresh shrimp, scallops and crab legs, Philly cheese steak pizza, chicken bacon ranch pizza, white garlic spinach pizza with feta cheese, and jalapeno and sausage pizza with ghost peppers. 

Even WEBO's Dave Radigan and Lew Sauerbrey was impressed of his seafood pizza last April 26! So come down to John Barleycorn Tavern and watch those neon lights ligt up to be able to avail of Bob's Pizza.
