New Pizza Joint in Minneapolis: Pig Ate my Pizza

The soft opening is over and the real opening happened just last Friday at Robbinsdale! The new restaurant called Pig Ate My Pizza is the new thing in Minneapolis that is specialized in house made charcuterie, pizza and combined pizza with charcuteries. 

The spot where it stands now was once the original spot of Travail and it is the first of the three eatery plans of Travail chefs to launch. Included in the team are Bob Gerken, James Winberg and Mike Brown, chefs and co-owners of the said restaurant. But three different chefs are the head of this Pig's operations as Chef Tyler Fiecke, Travis Stanfield and Matt Brown will lead.

Two more spots shall be opened after Pig Ate My Pizza which include the reopening of Travail and Rookery, a cocktail bar in Robbinsdale. 

For now, dinner is only served and no reservations are allowed just yet but soon lunch menu will be added after the first few weeks.
