Pide is a Turkish Pizza

A Mediterranean Restaurant called the Wild Fig can change your perception of pizza. Yes indeed, pizza in the Turkish world is quite different. A combination of Pita Bread that is chewy and soft oval bread, cheese, meats, vegetables and herbs creates their own version of pizza.

Whether it be Chicken Pide, that contain grilled chicken, mushrooms, onions, scallions, tomatoes, sumac, kashar cheese in its crunchy but chewy crust, or it be Chicken Lahmajun with its chicken, tomatoes, peppers, parsley, onion in its cheeseless variety of pide, this spicy dish can bring in a whole new reason to love pizza!

So the question now is, where do you eat Turkish Pizza?
