A 23 year old delivery man named Johnathan Davis was arrested last Thursday for allegedly soliciting sex from a 14 year old child.
According to the reports, Davis and the target victim met during his working hours at Papa John’s Pizza in Titusville.
The suspect was caught ‘sexting’ the victim, which was found by the parents of the child. Aside from overt texts, photos were also found in the child’s phone which Davis also sent.
Immediately, the parents of the said victim called the cops and arrested Davis for charges of transmitting material harmful to a child, solicitation of a minor, a concealed weapons charge.
Evidences have been strong as a recorded phone conversation between Davis and the child have been made. In addition, Davis was caught on the spot when he went to the girl’s house, bringing in brass knuckles with a knife in it.
Possibly, Davis may also be charged of possession of child pornography.
