Though many people may think pizza is already part of the junk food category, it only applies there if it did not contain all the good and healthy ingredients, something that most people should start learning about. But other than that, choose a healthy-cooked pizza such as those cooked in wood-fired ovens or grilled, and the right toppings with the right ratio of cheese, herbs and spices and you are good for a healthy living!
