Recruiter Reveals Pizza Delivery is Better than Job Hunting

Users have faster and better experience in ordering a pizza nowadays than finding a job fit for them. Recruitment consulting specialist Russel Beck states that job applications are "almost brutal" and are lesser positive outcomes.

Meanwhile, pizza delivery companies have been giving out efficient services that are most of the time rewarding for customers. Within 20 minutes, a transaction is already processed.

As head of consulting at Impellam, Beck also illustrated that ordering pizza allows customers to track the product from creation to delivery but application processes take much longer, at an average of 35 days, and usually fails to get it right.

“We can’t even engage with candidates when it’s not time sensitive,” said Beck.

Typically these days, pizza processes are getting better than any other career site.
