Pizza Hut Soda Thief Strikes Again

Either he really likes soda or he really wants to stay in jail.

Just last month, Mark Abaire was caught stealing soda at McDonalds East Naples Florida with his not so ingenious plan. After asking for a cup of water, Abaire was caught filling it up with soda even if the employee has warned him off already. He faced a serious charge of trespassing and open container violations.

 

Now this month, he was again arrested for doing the same scheme at Pizza Hut! This fellow just can’t break his habit!

 

At 3:30 a.m. , the homeless 52 year old man was right away seen by the police, who recognized him very well because of the Mcdonald’s incident. As reported, Abaire said he ‘dropped his lighter’ in Pizza Hut which was why he came back. But the persistent soda thief was allegedly drunk, performing the same crime. He was arrested and is now required to face the courts again this week.

If he doesn’t start paying up for his sodas, he may face up to 5 years in prison!
