State Restaurant Association Awarded to Fox’s Pizza Den Operator

The Fox’s Pizza Den Operator named Scott Anthony has recently been awarded the Good Neighbor Award. The Pennsylvania based restaurant and Lodging Association gave their recognition last week.

Other than this amazing recognition, he was also given the title as the Man of the year during 2012, which was held at Punxsutawney Groundhog Banquet last February.

"The Neighbor Award raises awareness about the restaurant industry's contributions in local communities across the country." As said by PR&A, this was started since 15 years ago by NRA.

Anthony also supported firefighters through the Fox’s Pizza’s annual Pizza and prevention campaign. The pizza joint has over $170,000 funds donated already and 3,000 units of smoke detectors. The funds were used for equipment upgrades.

"There are certain organizations that we hold dear, and we really put forth an effort and try to treat everybody equally and you just do what you can.I just want to thank everyone in the community for supporting the various fundraisers we do and thanks to PR&LA for choosing Fox's for this high honor." Said Anthony.

He did not even stop there, he continued on by giving marketing tips, and participated in 2013 North America Pizza and Ice Cream Show in Ohio.
