In Fort Collins, Colorado several new pizza places are slated to be in town by the end of the summer.
900 Degrees offers New York style pizza. This wood fired pizza is cooked in under 3 minutes. They’ll also offer beer on draft from local brewers Pateros Creek and Black Bottle. Wine is sold by the bottle. Guests should be sure to try the key lime pie. Those looking to try out this restaurant should be able to by July. 900 Degrees will be located on Prospect Road.
Slyce Pizza is also coming to town. It will be located in the old La Creperie and is slated to open later in the summer. They’ll be offering pizza by the slice as well as whole pies. Slyce began in Wisconsin but the owners decided to move west so the folks in Fort Collins will enjoy the benefit of their move.
Uncle Maddio’s is a national franchise. It is coming to 3 spots in Colorado: Denver, Fort Collins and Colorado Springs. The specialty of Uncle Maddio’s is a create-your-own pizza format, salad bar style. Owner Jame Smethie graduated from Colorado State. Maddio’s location is not yet determined.
