Type of Pizza Ovens: Cart Ovens

Street vendors don't need to serve cold pies as there are ovens perfectly made for their carts these days. Though they are small, they can make pies that are rather good for solo buyers or passerby customers. They can even be placed in fairs or carnivals as they are easy to use for pizza making, easy to bring in events and can be fueled in gas or electricity depending on the accessibility of the cart.

Different kinds of carts and examples of street vendors can be found below.

Some vendors even went beyond the usual designs as they feature stone baked pies. Del Poppolo is one of the good examples of those pizza vendors roaming in the streets that feature great authentic pizzas flavors in charred burnt dough. But they won't be called carts anymore as the ovens in these mobile stores come in trucks!
