A new menu means a new adventure and when one says adventure it just automatically means Vegas.
Just recently, California Pizza Kitchen has decided to let the public try out their new menu at Town Square Las Vegas. It was basically a dry run to survey which of their five new items tops the taste buds of many before they implement it to all of their other branches. These appetizingly beautiful dishes were studied well by the company’s management, hence the dry run would make the study complete.

Among all of the delicious treats, the Fire-Roasted Chile Relleno won the public’s heart. It is a mouth watering roasted poblano filled with chicken, queso, quesadilla cheese, roasted corn, black bean salsa, wild mushrooms, spinach and eggplant. In addition, the dish is also topped off with a creamy avocado salsa and cilantro to keep it interesting. Other than this outstanding dish, people can also enjoy the Quinoa and Arugula Salad, Cedar Plank Salmon and Corn Succotash, Grilled Chicken Chimichurri, and the Shrimp Scampi Zucchini Fettuccine.
Each dish is filled with goodness from fresh veggies to meaty goodness.
The Quinoa and Arugula Salad is a plateful of quinoa, arugula, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus and toasted pine nuts tossed in homemade champagne vinaigrette and topped with feta. The Cedar Plank Salmon and Corn Succotash meanwhile is a Norwegian Atlantic salmon roasted on a cedar wood plank with smoked paprika & lime, served with homemade corn, spinach and red bell pepper succotash with cilantro and feta. Grilled Chicken Chimichurri keeps things different as it features a grilled marinated chicken breast with homemade chimichurri sauce, wild mushrooms, spinach, roasted cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, baby broccoli and carrots. Lastly, the Shrimp Scampi Zucchini Fettuccine is composed of shrimp sautéed with lemon, garlic and white wine tossed with zucchini ribbons, fettuccine, parsley and parmesan.
