I ordered an extra large 3 topping pizza, a large pepperoni pizza, 20 BBQ wings and an large antipasto salad. Little did I know, i got an "extra." The pepperoni pizza also came with HAIR (blonde hair about 2" in length) stuck in the cheese and the pepperoni pizza wasn't even cut! The "BBQ" wings were hot wings with a little bbq sauce sprinkled over the top. When I called to make a complaint, I was put on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes (being put on hold was the phone sitting on the counter so all background noises could be heard). When someone finally came back to the phone, I asked to speak with the manager, and again, I was put on hold for approximately 5 minutes. Then the manager came on the phone and refused to refund the purchase price for my order and became very rude and obnoxious. I was told to call back in 2 days to speak with the owner as there was nothing he could do. If I could give a negative rating, it would be a sign of Hungry Howies with a red circle with a slash through it. I will never order from Hungry Howies again.
