Best Pizza Around!!!: By far the best pizza in Omaha...or Nebraska for that matter! Great value on the lunch specials. Ambiance in the new place on Dodge isn't quite as "cozy" as the old "pizzeria" location, but there is a little more room. The original location may have changed, but the pizza hasn't. Would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. It is a must stop whenever in Omaha...even for out of state relatives.

Best pizza in the Midwest, hands down. Wait staff is incredible. Our 2 year old was greeted with a piece of pizza dough to keep her busy while waiting for her cheese pizza to come out.I thought that was so cool. Plus she did get her crayons and paper.. She had way more fun with the dough tho. When her pizza came, I was so shocked that SHE ATE THE ENTIRE PIECE with out any help from daddy or mommy! I order the veggie pizza and hubby got the BBQ chicken... JUST LOVED IT. .Great food and reasonably priced.I asked if they freeze the pizzas and let us take one home... LOL... I loved that all the items were fresh! even the parmesan cheese was grated fresh for our pizza... The staff was great and was very friendly. Plus you can order by the slice making it easy to accommodate a large group. I can't wait to go back. I would and can't wait to bring friends and family there when we go back.

worst service ever: worst service ever, and I'd like to say that the food made up for it...but they got our order wrong. After waiting 1/2 hour for the wrong order, it wasn't worth waiting to find out if what we wanted was any good.

Many A Good Time at Zio's: I need to write a review about Zio's just because it is the Guttersluts' all-time favorite place to eat. I don't think I've ever laughed harder than when I had a piece of delicious Canadian Bacon (the only kind we could all agree on) pizza stuffed in my face while listening to a Johnny-rant. I love it. We love it.

To Go only!: The location in the old market is OLD. Needs to be redone. Torn booth seats, and dirty walls. The food is Good and the portions are great. The prices have gotten higher, but so has the cost of doing business in the Old Market. I'd recommend this place for people getting something to go.

This is by far the best pizza in omaha. Highly recommended. The wait staff has been nothing but nice and I've never had to send anything back.

Great Pizza-Terrible Service: I've been in the restaurant business for fifteen years and I've never seen worse service anywhere. Having said that, the pizza is excellent!

Not Authentic New York Pizza: If this is the best pizza in Omaha, there is no good pizza in Omaha. They use mass-produced ingredients, and the dough is heavy. I've eaten at other Omaha pizza places (Valentino's, Sgt. Peffer's [see update below.-- Ed.]), and this one is better than them, but it's really not that great, folks, and it's inconsistent. Sorry. My kids love to play with the dough, though. Update: I've been to both Sgt. Peffer's and Zio's on a number of occasions now, and I definitely have to side with Sgt. Peffer's. It's better than Zio's.

The best!: This IS the best pizza in Omaha, and probably the best I have ever had. The service has never been great, but the pizza is worth the wait!

Best pizza anywhere around!: Zios is the best pizza place in town. The food, service, ambiance, and value are all remarkable! If my kids liked it more we would go all the time!

Wont go back.: I've been going the Old Market location for over twelve years now, but have over the last few years seen the quality of the food and service go from great to far from desireable. And the upkeep of the location is getting to be poor at best. My last visit was around October of 2006. The pizza has gone from a sturdy and flavorful slice to a mushy, greasy, barely able to tell if there is anything else but lower grade cheese on the slice. In essence its nothing more than bland regardless of the topping. And as for the service, this is the main reason I am no longer going there. A simple order of two slices with broccoli and pesto has more often turned into a send it back "I didin't order with this chicken" session. I then get a half hearted apology of a less than concerned wait staff who routinely insists that they entered the order right after I placed it knowingly stressing what I wanted. To date three out of the last five visits resulted in a wrong order and myself and anyone in my party having to wait an extra fifteen minutes. And as for the upkeep. This place seems like its getting darker and darker. Maybe it's time to remodel, especially with the midtown and west Omaha locations moving and getting a nice upgrade. Sad to say it's getting hard enough to spend my money locally with bigger corporations moving in. But with this non-caring attitude it just got harder.

Next time we might skip the garlic bread and get a salad instead although the garlic bread was good -- possibly a little too salty but I'm not sure if that was the bread or the homemade marinara dipping sauce.Service at this location was...
