My delivery too 1hr 15 min to get and the driver didnt even give me an apology. My pizza was cold and soggy when I got it. Don't order from this place!!!

Used to love Pizza Bella. Looks like new owners. Picked up a $28 Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza (waited an extra 15 minutes). The crust was doughy and soggy. The sauce was watery. Could not eat it. Called to complain. Owner argued with me, told me you can't expect a crisp crust. I asked for a credit, and he offered a measly $3 on next pizza. That was unacceptable. I took the pizza back, all there but one slice. Asked for my money back. Still said he'd only give me $3 credit. He couldn't have cared less. I left the stinking pizza there, never to return. Doesn't deserve any stars. Bad business. (The previous owner was great and his pizza was good.)

We LOVE Pizza Bella--it's the BEST!!! Under NEW MANAGEMENT--TONI is the BEST!!! :) Super Yum!!!

Although the last few times we've ordered pizza it looked like they forgot to put some sauce under the cheese. Not sure if they have someone new in the kitchen but we'll give it another try. - urbanspoon.com - Jul-19-2009
