This is not the first time I've had problems, just the one that ticked me off the most.
I put in my order around 7:15 and am told 30-40 minutes. I call back at 8:20 wondering where my pizza is. I am told the driver picked up my order 20 minutes previous (already 5 minutes past the time I was told).
I speak with the manager, and he tells me that he can't do anything since the driver already left with the slip (I paid via CC). What kind of place cannot do anything for a dissatisfied customer? Seriously.
I tell Mr. Manager that in that case, cancel my order and get the money off the card. I am told he can't do that, since the order already went through and was approved, and the driver took the slip. I explain that the driver will still have the slip when he gets back, and that the order had better be taken off the card. I get a half-hearted apology before I hang up.
Driver shows up around 8:25 and tells me I should have been told 45-60 minutes (in which case he's still 10 minutes late). Long story short, they can't do anything for me, and he takes back the order since I won't sign the slip.
Completely reprehensible customer service. Hopefully, someone reads this and decides not to order from these people who apparently have no clue as to how to run a business.
